My favorite campground in Cooper Landing. A short walk down the hill takes you to the Russian River. Camp spots are very nice and level for the most part. This location will not disappoint. A great deal of bears at this location so be bear aware at all times!! Great place to experience the great outdoors in Alaska yet still keep close to some amenities. Walk the trail to the confluence off of the Grayling parking area and watch the salmon fishing...or go fishing yourself! Plenty of spots along the way. Be bear aware! Well maintained. Hard to get a spot sometimes. Always enjoy with family. It's our family place.
