Absolutely amazing, we just popped in on a whim during a day trip from Anchorage ahead of season but the owners were welcoming and completely accommodating. The view from the third floor is breathtaking and the room was immaculate and over the top comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway or an extensive stay. We will definitely be repeat customers. Can't say enough wonderful things about this gorgeous place. Completely affordable and worth the trip! Neat, clean, tidy, perfect location for a stop in Cooper Landing - great hosts in George and Shirley! Had a nice stay at the Hutch B&B. Quiet, spacious room on the second floor, very congenial hosts. Just a note about the rooms, there are two guest rooms on the first floor directly off the lobby/entrance. If you're a really light sleeper, ask for a room on the second or third floor. Freakin' AWESOME!!! The Hutch B and B, George and Shirley have got to be two of the most charming and enthusiastic folk I have met in life. Aside from their friendly ways they manage one great B & B.....Clean, well furnished and a breakfast that will last you all day. Shirley seems to be the director....George, in charge of public relations. Their passion for life seems to be contagious....I found myself happily doing chores with George. Shirley can tell you about the best local restraunts ....George can tell you were the best fishing hole is......Better yet, George will take you to the best fishing hole...He might even let you ride in that old truck of his...That old truck is sometimes a little hard to keep on the road,....what with that lose steering wheel and all......But heck, George would not care about that lose steering wheel....Everybody in Cooper Landing knows George owns the road in that old truck......George is halfway to heaven when he is in that old truck...... For Me?...I'll go with George anytime...in that old truck. Let George tell you about the volcano crater lake at the top of the near mountain....The beauty of that mirror lake atop that mountain will take your breath away...Let George and Shirley tell you about the near National Park with a foot path that leads to the brown bear feeding in the mountain waterfall...a site you will not forget....A short walk.....a walk you will not forget in your life time... You go any where near Cooper Landing.... you will be missing out if you don't stay with George and Shirley
