Had to do the 2 hour scenic float since my youngest was not old enough for the white water rapids trip yet....she was a bit disappointed - but we all enjoyed it. They were nice enough to let us reschedule on a different day because we got a flat tire on our way and missed our original tour time. Very friendly staff. Great time. Went on the two hr scenic float trip. It was raining the whole time and colud not enjoy the trip much. But they gave us rain gear and we did not get wet at all. The only animal we saw was bald eagles. I would recommend this trip only on a clear day. The fishing guides are really excellent... They know all the right spots to fish and are great, patient teachers. The food is also absolutely phenomenal here!! Such a great experience doing the all day rafting. Guides we're fun and knowledgable My husband and I booked a salmon fishing trip on resurrection bay. From the beginning, the staff were extremely helpful, suggesting alternatives when our vacation days didn't line up with particular salmon seasons. The day of our trip, they provided rain gear, waders, and boots. Our guide/captain was George, and Sammy from the front office came with us. We really lucked out with the weather, and couldn't have asked for a better guide. The boat and gear were brand new and top notch, and they even provided lunch and plenty of snacks. (Make sure you try one of the delicious homemade cookies!) We learned a lot about the local fish and wildlife, saw more whales than we would have on one of those whale watching trips, and are having a great haul of fish filleted, sealed, frozen, and shipped home. I would definitely recommend this company, and specifically George, to anyone looking for a great fishing trip!
